Partners

A channel programme built around deal protection.

STORViX sells through distributors, resellers, MSPs and systems integrators across EMEA. Register a deal, see your pricing in the portal, and work an opportunity that stays yours.

  • Protected deal registration
  • Tier pricing in the portal
  • Technical enablement
  • EMEA coverage

Why partner with STORViX

Six things that decide whether a programme is worth carrying.

Every vendor promises margin and enablement. These are the mechanisms behind the promise.

  • A product with a ten-year story

A seven-to-ten-year hardware lifecycle is a conversation your competitors selling three-year refresh cycles cannot have. It reframes the deal from purchase price to whole-life cost — which is where a well-briefed partner wins.

    • 7–10 year lifecycle against a typical 3-year refresh
    • Up to 20 PiB per cabinet
    • Non-disruptive capacity expansion
  • Deals that stay registered

A registered deal carries a protection window. The point of registration is that the opportunity you developed is not competed away by another partner or by the vendor — otherwise registration is just reporting.

    • Defined protection period on approval
    • Stage tracked from submission to close
    • Visible in the partner portal at all times
  • Pricing you can see without asking

Partner tier pricing is available in the portal rather than obtained by emailing a distributor and waiting. Pricing is enforced server-side by role, so a customer login can never see partner terms.

    • Tier-based pricing in the portal
    • Registered, Silver, Gold and Distributor tiers
    • Access enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI
  • A platform that generates fewer tickets

AutoPILOT resolves routine issues autonomously and escalates what it cannot. CloudSight surfaces problems before customers notice. For a partner carrying first-line support, that is margin protected rather than margin promised.

    • Autonomous optimisation and remediation
    • AI-driven alerting from telemetry
    • CoPILOT Connect remote assistance from STORViX
  • Enablement, not a login

Sales collateral, technical documentation, brand assets and training are available through the portal by tier. Pricing material is gated above the entry tier, for the obvious reason.

    • Sales collateral and technical documentation
    • Brand assets and training material
    • Access scoped by partner tier
  • An established channel to join

STORViX already works with EMT Distribution across the Middle East and Africa, Maxcom in Benelux, ProXima Distribution in Italy and Nextron across the Nordics, alongside solution partners including Lutech SpA, Assyrus, Naquadria, TWP, Xpeedio, Archivium, Boston/SourceCode and ELKO Group.

    • Established since 2022
    • Solution partners and systems integrators

Deal registration

Four steps, and the protection is recorded.

Registration only means something if it changes what happens to the opportunity. Here is exactly what happens.

  1. Register the opportunity

Submit the end customer, country, estimated value and expected close date through the partner portal. The submission is timestamped and attributed to your organisation.

  2. Review

The deal moves to under review. STORViX checks for conflict with an existing registration or an active direct engagement, and comes back with a decision.

  3. Approval and protection

On approval the deal carries a protection window, recorded on the registration and visible in the portal. Within that window the opportunity is yours to work.

  4. Work the deal

Request quotes against your tier pricing, draw on technical enablement, and involve a STORViX architect where the design needs it. The stage is tracked from in-progress to won or lost.

Deal registration is submitted and tracked in the partner portal. Sign in if your organisation is already a partner.

Programme tiers

What each tier carries.

Tier assignment reflects transacted volume, technical capability and delivery capacity, and is agreed with the channel team rather than derived automatically.

Registered

Entry tier for partners beginning to transact.

  • Portal access
  • Deal registration
  • Sales collateral and technical documentation
  • Brand assets and training
  • Pricing material is gated above this tier

Silver

For partners with demonstrated pipeline and technical capability.

  • Everything in Registered
  • Partner pricing visibility
  • Improved tier discount

Gold

For partners carrying significant volume and delivery capability.

  • Everything in Silver
  • Higher tier discount
  • Organisation-wide deal visibility for partner administrators

Distributor

For distribution partners carrying stock and supporting a sub-channel.

  • Everything in Gold
  • Distributor tier pricing
  • Sub-channel enablement

Discount percentages are commercial terms held against each partner agreement and are visible in the portal to the partner they apply to. They are not published here, and the values in this application's development seed data are illustrative placeholders rather than real commercial terms.

Roles and territories are shown only where STORViX states them, and each tile links to the partner's own site where we hold a verified address. A tile without one is not incomplete — that detail is unpublished rather than unknown, and several of these partners operate across more markets than a single territory would suggest.

Questions

Frequently asked

What does deal protection actually mean?
An approved registration carries a protection period recorded against the deal and visible in the portal. Within that window the registration establishes your claim on the opportunity. The precise commercial terms of protection are set out in the partner agreement — this page describes the mechanism, not the contract.
Question 1 of 6
Can a customer log in and see partner pricing?
No. Pricing visibility is enforced on the server by role, not by hiding elements in the interface. A customer account has no permission that returns partner tier pricing, regardless of what it requests.
Question 2 of 6
How are partner tiers assigned?
Tiers reflect transacted volume, technical capability and delivery capacity. Tier assignment and the discount attached to it are commercial matters agreed with the channel team, not automated from the portal.
Question 3 of 6
Do I have to carry first-line support?
That depends on the arrangement. SmartCARE tiers run from 8×5 to 24×7 with a dedicated account manager, and partners commonly wrap their own service around them. AutoPILOT and CloudSight reduce the routine escalation load either way.
Question 4 of 6
Which regions is STORViX looking for partners in?
EMEA broadly, with existing distribution across the Middle East and Africa and in Benelux. Regions where coverage is thin are exactly the ones worth a conversation.
Question 5 of 6
Can I sell AiRE as a service rather than as hardware?
Storage as a Service is one of the four deployment models, delivered from European data centre partners. How that maps onto your commercial model is a conversation with the channel team.
